For the day-to-day.
For small businesses that need recurring bookkeeping, help organizing their records or a more consistent view of income, expenses and cash. We also work with nonprofits whose reporting needs call for a tailored approach.
A scope that fits.
- Recording and categorizing transactions from your business records.
- Bank and credit-card reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable and payable tracking where required.
- Payroll processing and related reporting support where included in the engagement.
- Monthly, quarterly, annual or custom service arrangements.
- Reports and tracking categories that reflect your operations.
What to have ready.
Bring bank and card statements, sales and expense records, payroll information where relevant, and details of the accounting system you use. Flag missing records and explain any personal transactions passing through business accounts.
Keep services connected.
Bookkeeping can support corporate tax and year-end work, but those services are separately scoped. A bookkeeping report does not carry an audit or review conclusion. Historical cleanup and catch-up work may need a separate quote.
Read our financial reporting guide before sending reports to a lender.
Common questions.
Can I keep doing part of the bookkeeping?
Yes. We can discuss a shared workflow, including who enters transactions, who reconciles accounts and when information is handed over.
Do I need to change software?
We’ll start with your current setup and discuss whether it supports your needs. The appropriate tools depend on your records and how you prefer to work.
Let’s find the right starting point.
Tell us what you need and we’ll discuss scope, timing and fees before work begins.
